I wasn’t home when the technician came by. However, I did notice he had gotten the spider webs but, of course, can’t see the treatment he did. Since Brooks normally does a good job, I will assume he did everything he says he did, so I am satisfied.

Technician very polite and took the time out to ask questions about my particular needs. I especially liked the way he showed concerned for me and my house. I would like to have him do all my treatment from now on.

Chris is AMAZING. Very detailed and doesn’t miss anything! So glad we use Teddy’s. Their customer service is horrible. I called 3 days before appointment and added some needs and requested NO DOORHANGER. Apparently I was talking to someone in the Philippians and didn’t forward my request. Now Ive been on hold for 20mins! Still no help. How can you have great technicians and HORRIBLE customer service 🤬
