I was very pleased with my service and my tech, there was no one home when he went so I decided I would reschedule, but later that day he called me saying he could go before heading home to do the service. Now thats what I call going over and above. Thank you Michael.

at first i was not too happy due to their customer service line but our tech is great! Jesus has always been respectful and thorough.

Kevin arrived in the time frame listed for the appointment. He was very nice and provided me with all the details for the service. I was still clearing out much of the interior of my house where it would make it easier for him to spray for ants. Everything was done pretty quickly, he also took the time to ask if we had any questions regarding the service and future appointments. Very professional.

Brian from Brooks Pest Control took care of our house today. We just do once a year pest control for maintenance as we have very little bug issues. Brian was awesome. Knowledgeable and thorough. We highly recommend Brooks Pest Control and Brian as the technician.

I got home from walking the dog and my technician, Ethan was at the door. He was a friendly person who lives right here in Oak Ridge. He did a through job of treating both the outside and inside of my home and answered any questions that I had. Overall, he did a great job!

I’m not sure what happened but I just made a big comment and I wanted to add a photo but it was just wonderful.

Cade had done a termite inspection around the property line, and answered my questions. James handled the followup to install the termite baits, and also checked the rodent baits to make sure they were topped off and double checked placement. He also answered questions regarding effective deterrents. Both techs were very helpful.
