I have a frustrating bug problem, and Mr.Trent came out and absolutely took care of it. He is professional, super knowledgeable, and efficient. If you want the job done right, ask for “Trent” He was detailed and focused on great customer service “I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Mr.Trent at Brooks Pest Control. Dealing with unwanted pests is never fun, but Trent made the whole process easy. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, identified the root of the problem, and completely took care of my bug issue. Incredibly professional, polite, and thorough. 10/10! Israel the tech was very nice guy! We had a caterpillar invasion thanks to the 2 massive oak trees in the front of the house. Unfortunately not nice caterpillars/ butterflies but moths. Hundreds of cocoons… still have to get the house pressure washed but the majority seem to have decreased .

Owen did a really great job with providing an overview of the services provided on the initial call and did well with earning my business as a new customer. Wyatt came the next day during his scheduled time frame and advised me of what he would be doing on his visit and what to expect while he serviced our home. He was great very professional and an excellent inspection. And then went over his findings and gave us the best options. Very happy with him.

Attention to detail, James took his time to check inside every cabinet, sprayed and left traps to help eliminate this issue. James was friendly and professional explaining every step that he was doing.

I was very pleased with Kenneth. He was polite and professional. I told him the mosquito control is not working. We walked the yard together and saw that all four mosquito buckets were full of leaves because they were placed under trees and shrubberies on the perimeter of my property. He cleaned them, added the chemical and water and then placed them in new locations that are closer to where I have experienced mosquitos and that are not directly below trees and shrubberies. He also sprayed extensively and I believe he spread granules on the lawn. Nice young man.
