I called with a bug problem that I wanted to get took care of before it was a huge huge problem for me and they came and serviced my home the same day. I was so relieved how my tech had everything handled and explained everything he was doing for the problem and if I needed him to come back just make the call with no hesitation.He did a great job and I feel really good about this and can hardly wait for them to be GONE for good. Thank you so much for your same day service.

He even got rid of the spider webs and yellow jacket nests outside. This was my first interaction with Brooks, and I was pleasantly surprised. I also want to say thank you for being affordable. *** Aug 2026 – Antonio was great. Another tech who took a few extra minutes to listen to my questions and answer them. Thank you Brooks for having such caring and professional employees.

Marson was awesome! I watched him from inside my house thru my windows. He sprayed for spiders and sprayed the whole outside of my house. He left a detailed list on my front door telling me what chemical he used and how much of each chemical he used. I really appreciate his consideration for my needs! Thank you Marson!!

It was great for them to come out they were on time unfortunately they don’t do the service that I required which had I known ahead of time I would have canceled the appointment, however the tech was on point on time polite courteous and if you need their services for what they do I would highly recommend them!
