Roman showed up ready to work. Great personality, explained exactly what he was going to do, and the did it all. Knocked down wasp nest, spider webs, sprayed interior of house, and the necessary exterior areas; also did the same in my detached garage. Spread small pellets on the whole yard area. My interactions with Roman was excellent and I look forward for the necessary follow ups per my service plan performed by him. Excellent work Roman!

I was very pleased with Kenneth. He was polite and professional. I told him the mosquito control is not working. We walked the yard together and saw that all four mosquito buckets were full of leaves because they were placed under trees and shrubberies on the perimeter of my property. He cleaned them, added the chemical and water and then placed them in new locations that are closer to where I have experienced mosquitos and that are not directly below trees and shrubberies. He also sprayed extensively and I believe he spread granules on the lawn. Nice young man.

Jaylynd was amazing and very professional. He came all the way to our house in the evening even though he was far and it was late and had such a good attitude and great work ethic. He was really friendly and kind and patient in answering all my questions and helping me feel at peace. We were extremely satisfied with his service and definitely would recommend him to my friends. He went above and beyond for us!

I want to leave a review specifically for the technician who came out to my home. He was fantastic—incredibly nice, patient, funny, and he did his job to the absolute best of his ability. I really liked him and his customer service was excellent. That being said, my issue is entirely with the corporate customer service line that booked my appointment. They completely up-sold and misrepresented what the company actually does. I was promised a thorough, deep inspection to find a rodent entry point, but the technician honestly informed me that corporate only equips them to lay down basic traps. Do not blame the techs on the ground for this—they are doing the best they can with what they are given. Corporate needs to stop lying to customers over the phone just to lock them into contracts.

I had the outside done . The inside only the kitchen. I will see how well it took . With my roach problem it could probably take the gallon container. Emilo was my tech. Very nice young man he explained the process carefully. I just hope the chemicals used will do the job. I just want to make sure l get to use all l pay for to get rid of this horrible problem. Glad you are a reasonable company. Thank you for your help.

Brooks Pest Control is reasonably priced and very organized. Everyone I have dealt with have been courteous and professional.

Richard gave a full explanation of the pest control treatment before starting the treatment. He followed up with a ‘show & tell’ on what he did. Richard also followed up with his office on scheduling my previously requested termite inspection. A job well done!
