Excellent job

Amir was absolutely wonderful! He introduced himself and went over what I stated on my initial call as to what I needed done. I confirmed the issue and he then explained what chemicals he would be using and where he would be spraying them. Amir then asked if was aware that my family and I had to leave the premises for at least 2:4 hours which the lady did not tell me during my initial call which did upset me because I wasn’t prepared to have to leave and pack up my cat. The lady I initially spoke with most certainly should have told me ahead of time so I could better prepare. I did not want the 24/mo contract as my issue is not that serious so she was able to help me out with a 12/mo contact instead which was more fees able for me. Amir explained everything and he even called his company to confirm and I really appreciated him going above and beyond! Amir is definitely someone I would want to represent my company if I had one, he was polite, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about what he was using and why and and what it does etc… it’s been over 15 hours and I can most definitely tell that the treatment I had done is working already. So far I am very satisfied with Brooks overall, they just need to make sure they inform their customers that they have to leave way ahead of time so people can have time to prepare their children and pets and have a place to go for 2 hours. Thank you Amir, keep up the great work my family and my Cat and I appreciate you and your kindness, level of knowledge, patience and hard work very much!
