Chris let me know he was here. He took the time to let me update him on the latest on the rat problem. He took the time to rebait the traps inside and in the garage. He also checked and rebaited the outside bait station and added another. I told him so far there had been 24 rats caught. 23 in traps and one my dog caught. It has taken time but the rats have gotten a lot less. There are still 1 to 3 that are still stirring in a part of the house traps cannot be used because of my dog. I still hear some noise at night. But I and my dog are sleeping better. My dog still watches for them and is alert to their sounds. But I’m t has come a long way. I hope this treatment does get rid of the few left.

Dandre came out and not only was he VERY respectful but extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was very patient and understanding to my pest needs. After one treatment I have not had to swat anything away and I now feel that I have peace of mind sitting on my porch! Dandre is thorough and gets the job done right. He is definitely going to be my go to pest guy!!! He was also helpful in helping me understand how things work to kill pests so I’m grateful 🙏🏾.

So I called green ness PC and they sent out Brooks the gentleman who came to my house. Was very nice, very knowledgeable, very helpful. I’d give them a 100 out of 10 i literally called at 2 o’clock and the guy was at my house by 4.

This is my first time hiring pest control ever. Thankfully John made this a very smooth process with not only being extremely knowledgeable and informative. but 100% made me feel more comfortable and not embarrassed because of the pests. 10/10 would recommend to others.

Have a very intelligent rodent that is proving difficult to remove. James has tried various methods and is confident that the issue will be resolved. He has kept me informed on what has done and what we will do if the issue continues. I trust him and what has done and is willing to do. I am very pleased with him and his work ethic.

Great service

I just engaged Brooks Pest Control to help me control mosquitoes in my front and backyard. Today, was the first visit by one of their technicians. His name is Christian. Christian was very cordial and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and the reason why. My initial impression of Christian and Brooks Pest Control is positive. Only time will prove if their approach works in controlling mosquitoes.
