Matthew was super! Very friendly. This is my first quarterly appointment with Brooks and he took the time to explain all that he was going to do. He didn’t rush his work and yet very efficient. As usual Brooks and their tech were great.

Kolby stopped by yesterday and I signed up for 1-year pest control. Kolby is a very personable young man and he took the time to explore different pest control and pricing options. Matt, the technician showed up today and treated the area. Both guys were knowledgeable and professional.

Richard was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and was diligent in doing his job. Thanks Richard!

Mark from Brooks was very friendly and courteous. He answered all.of my questions and disposed of a couple of pests that had been caught in glue traps. Mark left me extra glue traps in case I had some that filled up. He was quick and efficient. I definitely recommend him and Brooks for all pest control. It was because of the wonderful customer service that I got their service for my parents and myself.

Dylan was super helpful and made sure everything that was needed was taken care of. He was so professional i’m provided wonderful customer service. Out of the few technicians that have come out To my house he has been he has been the best.

Deante did a great job. He was professional, quick and courteous. I hope he is my permitted technician!

Have a very intelligent rodent that is proving difficult to remove. James has tried various methods and is confident that the issue will be resolved. He has kept me informed on what has done and what we will do if the issue continues. I trust him and what has done and is willing to do. I am very pleased with him and his work ethic.

Christopher with Brooks Pest Control was very informative about the pets safety

I just engaged Brooks Pest Control to help me control mosquitoes in my front and backyard. Today, was the first visit by one of their technicians. His name is Christian. Christian was very cordial and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and the reason why. My initial impression of Christian and Brooks Pest Control is positive. Only time will prove if their approach works in controlling mosquitoes.
