Just had Al Brooks pest control Tech help with our ant invasion. Have to say, Al was very low key, that was a nice surprise. Not your typical 100mph drama loaded sales rep. Told Al that we had a cat sleeping somewhere outside so he was very careful about spraying around the house. Came inside quiet and carful. As for the sales rep on the phone when l called for help, yes he gave me a sales pitch, told him not interested and he stopped and took care of my issues. Will l use them again YES. Would l recommend Brooks YES. would l recommend Al YES.

It was pouring rain when my tech arrived… Unfortunately, I didn’t get to get my full service, but he came in and did everything he could and was willing to work until the lightning got so bad here he had to leave. I can’t wait for my guy to come back and finish up the job! I trust the service and I think the price is great. That was my first impression of Brooks agent a year ago. I came to review the company today after my last encounter with my Brooks technician Joshua today. Hey, mentioned some issues I have been having to him while he was here and he explained what he had put down and what I needed to do to activate it by watering. Then he set up extra traps and really informed me about what he was doing. I feel like he really went the extra mile, was super friendly and knowledgeable about his products. I would recommend the company based on the technicians I’ve had coming out in the service of providing.
