If you want the job done right, ask for “Trent” He was detailed and focused on great customer service “I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Mr.Trent at Brooks Pest Control. Dealing with unwanted pests is never fun, but Trent made the whole process easy. Always does a great job. They are not scammers like all the other pesticide companies that I have experienced.

Our technician Karl went above and beyond today. He thoroughly sprayed within our home, concentrating on our areas of concern. When it came time to spraying outside he took a broom to sweep all the debris and webs away before treatment.

Jayden was quick with service and knowledgeable about the type of pest I described to him. These type of things are appreciated a lot because it gives me a peace of mind on who is coming to complete my quarterly spraying.

Man this was a huge relief best pricing I have ever seen for control of multiple pest my tech was Isaiah! He was a great respectful guy super knowledgeable and knocked it out quickly for me!! I have a new home but what better way to protect it than starting off with pest prevention and he explained every product he used and gave details where I had some issues Great experience so far!! I’m a new customer I promise you will not find a better offer than them I been looking and they found me on their own. The thing I saw in negative reviews was that they weren’t told it’s a monthly subscription and they come every other month but if needed they will come out for free on months in between also I saw others saying they canceled there is a early cancellation fee so these people with bad reviews are mainly about pricing and not knowing.. I saw another about termites my sales guy and tech both made me aware that’s another fee if needed but you do need inspection prior they all had poor communication or money things I’ll update in a month with a honest review just trying to get everyone legit reviews

It was great for them to come out they were on time unfortunately they don’t do the service that I required which had I known ahead of time I would have canceled the appointment, however the tech was on point on time polite courteous and if you need their services for what they do I would highly recommend them!
