I liked that as soon as I submitted the application someone called me within 10 minutes. I was even able to get them to come out today, and they will be back on next week to spray outside due to the rain thats coming. I’m thankful for the fast service.

Jonas was fantastic and very nice. my issue is the company scheduler not letting me know when they are coming, except for 30 minutes before. I had to come down from Midland to Odessa just to get a full service.

This was my first time using this company, and I was genuinely impressed. They were very upfront and transparent with their pricing—no hidden fees or confusing fine print, which I really appreciated. Their customer service was excellent. In fact, I originally planned to keep comparing prices with other companies, but after speaking with them, I stopped searching. To top it off, less than an hour later, someone was already knocking at my door to help. I’m not saying you should expect that kind of response time every time, but for me it was fantastic and definitely left a great first impression.

The technician was courteous and on time and did a thorough job spraying both the inside in the outside of my home. He was attentive to my concern about grub worms, and he took care of that while he was here.

Marcus did a great job and was very friendly. Definitely seen the bugs dwindle down and are almost complete gone. My wife saw a few bugs pop up recently and so we had them come out and just do a quick spray to hopefully get rid of the remaining bugs. Overall great experience.

Kevin arrived in the time frame listed for the appointment. He was very nice and provided me with all the details for the service. I was still clearing out much of the interior of my house where it would make it easier for him to spray for ants. Everything was done pretty quickly, he also took the time to ask if we had any questions regarding the service and future appointments. Very professional.
