Must READ! 5 star is for tech! Not the misleading contract, overseas call center and lies about the products.which would be a zero star. David provided a great service even went back and checked some areas I had concerns on with wasp nest. Things that have nothing to do with my tech, I don’t like the fact that they charge monthly and don’t even check back without me calling in and by the way when you call your talking to people in the Philippines that they currency of pay fluctuates so the buisness saves even more money by not providing jobs here in the USA and get to pay them less which is wrong too. If your charging monthly and not even providing a service monthly then your clearly making profit so the need to use overseas to answer your phones set up your appointments when their internet isn’t even reliable is ridiculous do better brooks if I would of known this prior I would of never of signed up but unfortunately got people locked into a contract by misleading them to begin with. I have ants in my yard, fleas from the neighbors and strays outside which I shouldn’t if you’re treating it, Spiders, silverfish, slugs, snails.

Simon came by to help with our home shortly after we moved and was exceptionally pleasant and kind to me and to my family.

Justin left a very nice video when he completed the job. Front yard done. The techs with Brooks Pest are all awesome! Thank you so much Justin for letting me when you arrived and completed the work!

Good service

Timothy came and did our by monthly service on July 23. He did a complete and thorough job which completed exceeded my expectations. He was very professional and I could tell he took pride in his work. I definitely recommend Brooks if you are looking for pest control service. I rate Timothy and Brooksfive stars.

I have two small dogs but a lot of neighborhood cats. So I believe my dogs could’ve gotten them from anywhere. Called Brooks and they came out immediately. I have not had an issue since. Honestly the best decision I made!

Issac knows his stuff. He really knows his job and makes it an important as the previous job. He did a great job I’m very happy with his work he explains what he’s doing he tells you everything about what he’s doing he makes it clear that there’s no circumstances where you see a roach or whatever you call in someone will come the next day. I felt very relieved because I’ve been very crazy over these bugs and he assures me that I’m not infested I just have some bugs.
