Jalail was a great tech. He came did a walk through after our initial conversation, then got right to work. He was polite, quick and efficient. Definitely a good experience.

The tech was very helpful , explained everything and made sure it was cost effective.

Dustin and Billy performed our initial quarterly bug spray by Teddy’s Pest Solutions. Both were very friendly and well mannered. They got to work the minute they showed up and did the work efficiently. When spraying inside care was taken wearing protective shoe covers. All areas were sprayed and Billy didn’t hang around after finishing. A product list of the chemicals used along with the amounts used was left. It was been a while since we used an outside vendor for pest control. I am really glad we gave Teddys Pest Solutions a chance.

This was our 1st svc call – on 3.12.26 – from Brooks, with which I signed up yesterday. The svc tech Angel was at my home bright and early and had completed the exterior before introducing himself and discussing the placement of mosquito trap buckets. He was personable, friendly, and informative, assuring us that all chemicals were safe for our outdoor and indoor cats when he treated the indoors, and we discussed the procedures for periodic, or requested, svc calls. As my home is located in the Kendall area of Miami-Dade County, it was also a pleasure dealing with an English-speaker. Overall my 1st impressions are overwhelmingly positive, and I’m hopeful that this will continue.

Ian was our technician. This was our first application and Ian was friendly and timely.

He was very thorough and friendly. Chris is the service person I want to come each time. I do not want anyone else to come but him. He listens to your needs and takes care of the problem.
