We recently switched to Brooks Pest Control in McAllen, Texas after having a disappointing experience with Rhodes Pest Control, and the difference was night and day. Our technician, Michael, was professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. He treated both the exterior and interior of our home, answered all of our questions, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. One thing that really impressed me was that Michael put on protective boot covers before coming inside to keep my floors clean. That kind of attention to detail showed he truly respects his customers and their homes. On the outside, he didn’t just spray around the house—he also treated along our fence line and removed all of the cobwebs from our front porch and around the exterior of our home. Those extra touches really made a difference and left our home looking clean and well cared for. Their pricing is also very reasonable for everything that’s included in the service. You get excellent value for your money, and it’s clear they take pride in doing a quality job. Based on our personal experience, Brooks Pest Control has far exceeded the service we received from our previous pest control company. Brooks pest exterminator Joseph Medina did an amazing service in my home today with helpful knowledge about getting rid of spiders/earwigs/beetles around my house. He texted to let me know he was coming, showed up within the time arrival window, and he put on shoe covers for my carpets, as well as disposing of old traps from a previous exterminator. Joey had a great personality and was super friendly with my Yorkie. I hope we can ask for the same technicians to come out in the future. This was my first service with Brooks.

Great people do the job right always

Stephen did an excellent job. He serviced all the areas inside and a few areas we told him that we had seen spiders and outside on the lawn with pellets. WOW we are very excited to have Brooks Pest Solutions and Ethan taking great care of us.
