It began with the sales rep who came to my door—he took the time to explain the service details, broke down exactly what the treatments cover, and worked with me to find a financial plan that fit my budget perfectly. When the technicians arrived today, they were eager, professional, and ready to work. We had a brief technical glitch with the payment process, but they stayed completely cool and had it resolved in under 5 minutes. On top of doing a great job, the tech was incredibly courteous, very well-spoken, and kind to my girlfriend while handling everything. He even jumped on the phone with me to make sure we were all set. Outstanding customer service and highly recommended
