After speaking to Ken, Jack had come to my home for our first treatment soon after on the same day. Jack did a great job. After finishing, he asked if I would like a walk through of what had been done and answered any and all questions that were asked. He also informed me on things I did not even think to ask. Thank you Ken for not being a roofer and Thank you Jack for the work you did. Looking forward to being a customer of Brooks for the foreseeable future.

4 stars instead of 5 because he forgot to close the. Back gate on the fence, thank God nothing happened to him i lost one dog last year because the lawn guy didn’t close the gate!

Robbe was fantastic! He was exceptionally polite and courteous, and gave us a great overview of the placement of products. Highly recommend!

My technician was Richard and he was on time professional and knowledgeable about the services and process. He took care of my home’s needs and executed the service proficiently.

10/10 would recommend anyone to Brooks for pest control. We’ve had a handful of different pest control companies through the years but nobody has ever been this thorough. Steven was so nice and very informative.

I have had the best experience with Brooks Pest Control. The salesperson Charlie was polite and knowledgeable. Next I spoke with Ethan in customer service on the phone to make sure I understood the billing correctly, and he was wonderful. Then Robbe the technician came to spray and put mosquito buckets in the backyard, and we were so pleased with his professionalism. All around it’s been an exceptional experience.
