I called for a rodent problem. Devon came sooner than projected yet within the projected window. He was courteous and very respectful. He listened to our concerns and offered possible explanations and solutions. Installed traps in suspect areas both inside and outside our home. Sprayed the exterior and interior for ants and insects we were very pleased with his attentiveness and desire to satisfy our needs an concerns. Thank you Devon.

The tech, Matt, did awesome and was thorough. He also spoke with me before hand to reverify the procedures I was in need of and made sure he used the right product for my specific bug issues. I left out a star because when it is time for a treatment, I have to reach out to schedule my appt instead of them reaching out to me. But otherwise I’d highly recommend.

John is a great and knowledgeable technician. Art is also a very good customer service representative. This is my initial service with them. Will update review as needed in the future. As of now, I highly recommend them.

Great bug control service! I have a serious ant problem and he put down granules and showed me the ants grabbing it and taking it back to the nest!!! Excited to get them under control!!!!
