I want to start off this review that I recently moved into a rental townhome that is a brand new built & no one has lived in the townhome, prior to that I lived in an older duplex for 5 years. With that being said, I’ve never had German Cockroaches issues in the duplex & my landlord had a pest control come out & that included in my rent. In this new brand new built townhome, anything interior the renter is responsible for inside & they take care of the exterior. (It’s just the maintenance man spraying bug killer that you can buy yourself at Lowe’s or Home Depot). I have not lived in this townhome for a month & I managed to see 3 separate instances of 3 individual German Cockroaches in a matter of 7 days & everyone knows those roaches are the worst kind & not the easiest to kill. I let my complex know & recommended a company that they allegedly used but was told they don’t service shared units 🤔 so they recommended Brooks Pest Solutions. Can I just say, the customer service was impeccable! The fact that I was able to do everything through text the day I reached out was great. I was in meetings all day at work but I also wanted to get this taken care of ASAP. Jane was who I was speaking with and she was able to get me great pricing for inside and out! Karl was our tech that serviced our home and he was super friendly and very easy to talk to about the process. He was very knowledgeable and letting us know what the process consists of! I would definitely recommend Brooks to anyone & I’ve never paid for pest services in all the years I’ve rented!

Richard was absolutely fantastic. I received a 30 minute heads up before his arrival, he granulated and sprayed the yard, and got all the spiderwebs off of our entire large farmhouse. He then gave me recommendations of products I can use myself if I want a little extra coverage. He was incredibly personable and answered all my of my questions. Keith is the man. I am so beyond impressed with him and his work I feel like I can actually sleep tonight knowing all the wonderful work he did for me today. He went above and beyond and I am so beyond grateful for all of his hard work that he put in today. We’ve had several bug companies when we used to live in California and I must say he is the best! Id have giving him a sixth star if it was available.

I\n Never really ever had roaches, but once I seen one, luckily enough, I hooked up with this pest control and they are awesome, they do your yard and inside your house. And even inside the house, we don’t even see silverfish or rollypollys anymore. Very good service.

My technician, Karl, placed several traps around my house to try and catch a small rat that has gotten into my house. Karl was knowledgeable and professional, and I was very satisfied with the service he provided.

Brooks pest control is a great company. Competitively priced and great performance. Francisco came out today and spoke with me about any pest concerns or areas that needed specific attention. Francisco was super professional and listened to any specific instruction I had. Great scheduling, communication before and after service, great performance. I have seen a drastic reduction in bugs in my yard and around my home. Great job!

We loved our service technician, Daniel, today! He was amazing and honestly felt like we knew him forever, we all laughed like old friends. Third month into service and today Wesley did an amazing job, he was very informative and explained how each item he was using worked.
