Seilus came out on behalf of Brooks Pest Solutions and calmed my wasp fears. He was timely, polite, and knocked down wasp nests and sprayed for them. I’ll continue my membership as I’m happy with the service still.

First time using Brooks service and it was great! Service was easy to get started, affordable and Devin the tech was very friendly and helpful.

Living so close to the countryside, we had many roaches living within our vegetation and trees. When it rains is when we notice the roaches come in but the services really show a massive decline in roach activity. Haven’t seen any in months, not even outside. The poison doesn’t seem to affect my pats, I still keep them inside the house when they perform the yard treatment jic. And during the winter we had some rodents make their way into our home. They set up a couple of traps and they can dispose them for you(and reuse the snap traps). Very friendly and helpful people within the company. From the people over the phone and the people doing the service, they make communication very simple.

Very nice and professional. I asked for spot treatment in between service because there are so many different types of bugs that come out of the woodwork especially after rain. He also found the wasp nest so thank you for that.
