Dharold did our regular service today. From what I can tell he hit everything outside. We weren’t home but the ring cam showed him all over the place taking care of business for us. All of our techs have been great.

Rare thing for me to give any business 5 stars but one thing I can say about this company is there website is accurate what it says on there is how my experience called at 8am the tech at my place by like 2. How the tech explained everything was quick yet detailed . Will say all in all from arrival and departure was there 10 to 15 minutes tops. And extremely affordable. But it has been 24 hours almost exactly and have notice Major difference, my initial concern were for rats so far 5 to 6 have happen. I recommend them hands down!

Reuben from Brooks was our tech today for our bi monthly service. Did a good job of spraying inside , I didn’t follow outside , but I trust their employees to do what they are suppose to. The only thing is the last 2 times they have left roach houses behind oven and frig and in bathroom those are the places we usually will see roaches and this time we didn’t get any? He went outside to spray but didn’t come back in to say he was done or what if anything he noticed like the last 2 that have come out. Other than that he did great.

Just finished my first service with Jasmine. She was absolutely incredible. This is our first home with my wife. Jasmine knocked all my expectations out of the park. She answered all questions I had and sprayed in any additional areas I asked for. She was very courteous of our dog pen area for our fur babies and she was cautious about our plants and gardens. I could not have asked for better customer service. I hope this treatment solves my pest issues as I continue my services with Brooks Pest Solutions.

Very thorough; good communicator; Technician did an excellent complete job and explained what he did very well.

My tech with Brooks pest solutions, did an excellent job he put out granuals from the street in the front yard all the way to ally in the back yard. Then he sprayed around the house and along the fence, and in the problem areas in the house. The young man’s name was Javier, he was very thorough and explained the whole process. I would highly recommend Brooks pest Solutions.
