I have a monthly mosquito service & Brooks has provided excellent service. The technician is always informative & patient with my dogs.

My Tech, Tory was absolutely great. He had texted me before he was coming, my time block was 2p-4p but he was on the early side and arrived just at 2p. He explained the process and set straightaway to work, completing the interior of my home. It was a relatively quick process. Tory did explain that there is also an outside treatment that needs to be completed but with our current weather, heavy rains expected, he made another appointment to comeback the following Monday to finish all the pest control.

Trent did great job this the 2nd time he had been here. Takes his time listen to everywhere THAT needed extra help. They’ve been leaving glue traps to watch activitie from month to month. He took up old ones and didn’t have any left on his truck so hes going out of his way tomorrow to drop some off that in my book is above and beyond. Ty and keep up great work. Give Trent a RAISE!! Kenneth our attic and all around the house, reset the 2 traps in the attic and moved the outside bait box to a different location due to no activity where it was. He was very polite and professional.

Wesley was super detailed and descriptive in the science behind extermination. This has been the best service I have received in quite some time. Wesley is an asset to Brooks, I pray the other exterminators are as detailed as he was!
