This was my first experience with Brooks pest control. Adam was very knowledgeable when it came to treatment. Went over the house three different times and controlled the yard with granule I hope the flea problem goes away. Just need it to rain for the product to work

Our tech, Adam, was awesome. He explained the services and how the product works and gave me hope I will have my home back. I had fought the roach problem for a few months and was not winning the battle. It was embarrassing and so disgusting. I could feel myself starting to go in a depressed state because I lost control of situation. Adam doesn’t realize he showed me some light at the end of the tunnel and I was finally able to exhale. Julissa came out at a reasonable time and did her thing. She knocked out all of the wasp nest visible and hidden and even got rid of the black widow I didn’t know that I had. She gave me updates and showed me her work. Definitely going with brooks again

Ivan was our technician today for our first pest control service at our home. He was timely, professional and kind. He was respectful of our home, wore shoe covers over his boots and took his time to explain what to expect. He also took care to not spray close to our fruit trees. He was dressed well, smelled good and had no trouble making eye contact. Excellent customer service which is so hard to find here in South Florida. Thank you Ivan!

Marco was very courteous and friendly. He allowed me to show him the areas needing treatment around the house, sheds and car ports. He asked several questions about any bug issues and took the time to explain about the trouble areas. He treated all areas and let me know when he was finished. Thank you for a great job.

Brandon with Brooks Pest Control did a great job! He arrived on time, was courteous, and efficient. He took care of problematic areas I pointed out.

Karl from Brooks Pest Control was very polite and professional. He showed up on time and took care of all my concerns. I was also informed that if I needed him to come back before what is scheduled there would be no cost. The cost is very reasonable $80 to start and $55 on the bimonthly schedule for now depending on the size of the yard. I highly recommend this company.
