3/4/2025 – I have been with Brooks for about 6 months or a bit longer and they are exceptional. The techs are always thorough and full of information. Shout out to Chris who serviced our home and yard today. He was super helpful, thorough and definitely went above and beyond and answered my gazillion questions. We will be requesting him moving forward! I was trying to .anage pest control on my own after a bad experience with another company and it was just too overwhelming. Brooks has been so amazing all around. Highly recommend. Sometimes minor scheduling issues but that trivial compared to what I’ve dealt with before and they are always quick to address any and all issues, concerns, etc. Exceptional customer service! 7/2/2026 Leo was an excellent tech. I met Justin and I and I had a problem with ants in the yard and spiders And occasionally rats in my garage I showed him where things were and asked him if he could address it he said yes I’m perfectly happy with his response keep app the good work

James was very patient understanding, even though he worked late. knowledgeable and helpful, feel confident this will take care of the German cockroaches (yuck)

It was good, but I didn’t get the glue traps or the gel in the cabinets in kitchen and the little white plastic things that the other guy put under my appliances!!

Very polite and professional service. They cleaned corners outside and inside. Prices are reasonable and they are very respectful of time and spaces.

John was amazing today when he came to do our regular fumigation. I had some questions with some bugs in my kitchen area. He took the time to examine, research, explain, and find a solution to my problem. On top of that he was very careful and thorough in the work he did. Very thankful for his work.

Very thorough! Removed spider webs from exterior of house. Sprayed exterior for scorpions & other insects. Also treated and put out glue traps in garage for insects. Made sure gates were closed so dogs can’t get out.

Jasmine was great. Efficient, Knowledgeable and pleasant as usual. I am happy to keep her as my tech.

My technician Michael explained everything very well so I could understand the process. Made it easy to ask any questions I had. Took care of my problems even sprayed a wasp nest that I was unaware of.

Dylan was on time and friendly! He completed spraying and was willing to help me prevent this from happening again! He gave vital information regarding my master bath! He even said hi to my friendly dog !!!

Devon was the technician for our service of destroying the ants today. He was exceptionally friendly and did a great job of covering the whole property. We hope he will be back for our next service

This was our first service with Brooks Pest Control. We got a great deal on services and our tech, Michael, was phenomenal. He was so nice. He explained everything he was doing and the products he was using. He was very educational and we hope he’s our usual tech for the future.

I love the way I was explained the process of the services. I was given advice on how keep my flea problem in check with the help of Brooks. Anything from a Pro. is good advice. Update on the 7th. I’ve got interior next to do. I already see what treatment outside has accomplished. Massive yard infestation gone in one treatment. Inside the house I’m holding it down with flea spray on the interior untill bombing on the 7th. Thank you so much. My Elderly Dad is so much happy now that he sees he can go sit outside living out his life. Thank you for now. I know it’s gets better.

The tech was amazing. The issue was they ran out of mosquito buckets or whatever they’re called and are on back order. Hopefully, someone will reach out soon to reschedule for the rest of the treatment. Call center needs to be more aware of the situation of the techs.
