I hire them because they gave me a great deal. Called me 1 hour before service to let me know and they sprayed the condo and added birth control gel. I haven’t seen any signs of roaches. I am satisfied. They will service my home for one year.

Just had a bi-monthly Brooks pest service completed by Jackson, today, Friday, July 3, 2026. Overall this company has decent products ànd the techs are pretty good. Jackson and I had a brief discussion on door knocking etiquette, but he rebounded professionally and provided a high level of service that I was totally pleased with.

Our tech Francisco is absolutely fantastic! We are new to the area and we are delighted about the service, information, professionalism, and consideration. We have children and a dog son he took extra steps and gave us extra precautions to ensure their best benefits.

Our technician addressed all areas we were concerned with and identified a few we hadn’t noticed as well.

Our Technician Kody was exceptional. He provided an education of our wasp problem. He was extremely professional & supportive. We highly recommend Brooks Pest Control, yet Kody made the experience over & beyond.

Not sure what all these negative reviews are about. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been great. We were having ant problems out of no where, called and they had someone to our house same day. The guy on the phone was extremely helpful and professional. Dominic was our technician and he was also super helpful and informative. And the treatment has started to work its magic right away. Ants curled up and taking the bait back to the nest, and house flies literally falling out of the air in front of me after the window sills were treated.

Tristan came out to do the initial visit and he did an amazing job. He covered everything on the inside as well as the outside and answered all my questions. He even came out on a holiday week, which I do appreciate. Well done, Tristan.!

The technician asked where the ant hills were to be treated. He treated for fleas, spiders and roaches ( which we don’t have, thanking the Lord ). Then he also did a “webbing ” treatment for spider webs in door frames and my RV awning. Very polite person.

Great service! This company really goes out of the way on service! They are also very good at explaining what each product and service does.

As far as the servicemen it would be 5 stars from him. The problem with doing ratings on a service that last 2 months. I don’t know yet if the chemicals and services will last. So at the 2 month marker I can go up to a 5 or down. So for know this 4 stars represent the salesman and services. Right on time, thoroughly explained, polite all good.
