Finally a Pest Control company that hasn’t let me down!! Living behind a green belt is pretty but not with all the critters that come along with it. Brooks always explains what they are treating and why. I needed someone out quick to help with a huge wasps nest, they made some availability next day! I’ve tried a few other places and recommend Brooks simply for their excellent customer service and communication!!

Had my very first experience hiring a pest exterminator. We had a technician named Devon come out. He was very knowledgeable, professional and made me feel more comfortable with the whole process. He was awesome! He wasn’t gone but a couple hours and we caught one! I would definitely recommend this company!

This is the first time I’ve used Teddy’s Pest Solutions and their Tech “Billy” provided the first service call , which I found very accommodating. He answered all my questions and Insured the entire house and grounds was covered. Friendly personality.

We’ve been using Brooks Pest Solutions for about a year now, with service every 3–4 months, and we’ve definitely noticed a huge difference. The number of ants and insects around our home has significantly decreased. One of our biggest issues was silverfish, and I can’t believe how much the problem has improved. While we still occasionally see one, it’s nothing like it was before. Their treatments have really kept the infestation under control. We’ve had a few different technicians over the past year, but Steven has stood out the most. He is knowledgeable, informative, and genuinely takes the time to listen to any concerns; whether they’re new issues or ongoing ones. Instead of simply spraying and moving on, he explains what’s going on, answers our questions, and makes sure we feel confident about the treatment plan. I had tiny ants everywhere around my house and poil area, tried everything to get rid of them and nothingqorked. Trent came out and did the whole outside and around the house , pool area and apartment he went around twice and also put out the bait on the outside. Trent is very good at what he does to get rid of the pest. Very knowledgeable, courteous and informative. Trent is an asset to your company. You guys are very reasonably priced.
