Richard from Brooks Pest Solutions did a great job performing his tasks for pest control. He gave us a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and where it would be done. Richard was polite, efficient and totally professional. I highly recommend Brooks Pest Solutions and their technician Richard.

I didn’t know what was done initially but come to find out later that they sent a video I really appreciate that time of service

The tech was amazing. The issue was they ran out of mosquito buckets or whatever they’re called and are on back order. Hopefully, someone will reach out soon to reschedule for the rest of the treatment. Call center needs to be more aware of the situation of the techs.
