I had such a great experience with my pest control technician, Jimmy Coble! He was incredibly nice, friendly, and professional from the moment he arrived. What really stood out to me was that he didn’t just come in, do the treatment, and leave—he actually took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and taught me a few things along the way. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, patient, and thorough he was. It’s always nice to have someone who genuinely seems to care about doing a great job and making sure the customer understands the process. Jimmy provided excellent service and is definitely someone I would be happy to have back. Highly recommend him!

Hope arrived on time and ready to work. He did a thorough termite inspection which included both interior and exterior. We discussed options and decided to go with prevention. Hope was ready to install the termite system which will be checked monthly.

They came out same day contract was signed, and was so thorough and quick. Sprayed inside and outside around house. My puppies even liked the tech and that is saying something about my 2 dogs. Definitely recommend Brooks and especially the technician.

Loving my new Pest Control . Jordan my technician came the next day to begin my service and explained everything that he was doing . H love how they scrub away the cobwebs!! He showed me where they placed the mosquito traps and explained everything else that he did excellent company!!

Korey did a great job after having a long day. The customer service rep I spoke with made for an awkward call. They were a bit behind, so I let them know the pest guy could come out tomorrow if it’s easier. They did not relay that to the pest tech… Overall though, Korey was great, prices are fair. Can’t complain about anything except the awkward call.

Shout out to Christopher! He did an amazing job. I wasn’t able to meet him at the door because I was not feeling well, but after a brief interaction from the doorbell he got to work immediately and finished in a timely manner.

I’m not crazy about having to commit to a year’s worth of sprays (I would prefer to just call when I need it), but today was my 2nd spray and it went very smoothly. The office gave me a five hour window and, as promised, they called an hour before the tech arrived. Ethan came right on time. He was very friendly and professional and tailored my spray to the specific areas and pests that I requested. I hope they send him again
