He did an awesome job John our tech. He did exactly what we wanted and did it in this Texas heat. He recommended what we should do to prevent any type of reoccurance and did it infront of my son upon my request ( so he would clean up his mess after eating). Very nice fellow look forward to seeing him again 8n couple months.

Mr Brown drive a long way to get here and I told him garage access was difficult as it was still filled with items from last hurricane. I had arranged pickup in four days if he wanted to come once it was empty. He said it was completely up to me. So far everyone I’ve met from Brooks Pest has been friendly, professional and accommodating. Feels good to relax. Problem solved.

This company is the best by far ! I had asked James a lot of questions and he was very helpful and was able to answer anything I asked. He explained the rundown in detail of everything he was going to be doing with the services and let me be know of what I can also add onto it. Great company and very great employees .

John was really great and explained the whole service. He explained how he was going to treat the problem what I could also do to help with the situation.

Gustavo, our technician was professional and efficient. He explained everthing he was gonna lay down, spray and tube paste all over the apartment. Which put me at ease, as I felt the whole house was going to be treated. Just waiting for the results.

Sebastian was very courteous and professional, and made sure he treated my home inside and out.

My technician was Matthew. He was on time even though I wasn’t he got to work on the outside and had that all completed when I arrived.
